Tena Graphics Kenya offers a Branded Lanyard with ID Card Holder for coordinated staff identification and event badges. Personalise the strap with your company logo and pair it with a card layout that displays each wearer’s details.

The pictured design features a red neck strap with repeated white NEXORA TECHNOLOGIES branding. A black detachable buckle connects to a short strap section, while a silver-toned swivel hook attaches to the matching red card holder.

The portrait-format badge shows a company logo, photograph, employee name, job title, ID number and department. You can request a similar arrangement using your own brand colours and information. Confirm whether your quotation includes the printed card, holder and branded strap.

Who Can Use These Lanyards?

Businesses, schools, NGOs and event organisers can use this combination for staff badges, visitor identification and delegate passes. It also suits reception teams and organisations arranging identification for new employees.

For several departments, request a shared company design with different role details on each card. Before ordering, confirm the strap dimensions, holder material and compatible card size. Also, ask about available colours, buckle options and single-sided or double-sided card printing.

Lanyard Branding and Bulk Orders

First, send your company logo, preferred colours and strap wording. For printed badges, provide the names, photographs and other details you want to display. Use a clearly organised list so each photograph matches the correct person.

Next, share your required quantity and completion date. We can review your branded lanyard with ID card holder requirements and prepare a quotation. Confirm the supplied components and approve both the strap artwork and card layout before production.

Coordinate staff identification with branded polo shirts for matching team clothing. For conference packs, add branded notebooks. Alternatively, consider the E105 Notebook Pen-Set when preparing delegate gifts.

Finally, include your delivery location and any packing instructions by department or event group. Confirm availability, production timing and delivery costs when placing your order.
